Job Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an experienced and independent recruiter with documented experience in competency-based recruitment for our client in Stockholm.
As a recruiter for our client, you will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish with a consultative approach. They recruit based on competencies, which means that objectivity and fair assessment are central to their work. The tests MAP and Matrigma are important tools they use throughout the recruitment process to ensure that they make well-founded selection decisions.
Here you will have the opportunity to develop in a socially important organization with a wide range of recruitment assignments within infrastructure, IT, technology, and other areas. This role will have an extra focus on recruitment for their project operations with roles such as project manager, design manager, technical experts, and other types of roles within the framework of our infrastructure projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment process according to competency-based methodology, from requirement profile to employment.
- Actively work with candidate search via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ensure that tests are used as an integrated part of the selection process to create accurate decisions.
- Support hiring managers through clear communication and advice, as well as guide them in competency-based interviews.
- Contribute to the development of their working methods.
- Act as an ambassador for their employer promise and ensure a positive candidate experience.
For our client, recruitment is a collaboration. You work independently in your processes in close cooperation with their managers, and at the same time, you are part of an engaged and cohesive team where collaboration and learning are in focus.
You will be part of the Recruitment and Employer Branding section, and the work is done in close collaboration with other recruiters in the team as well as HR partners for the Investment Project department and hiring managers in the organization. The section is part of the HR department, which consists of around 20 people. Within HR, they work a lot together in various cross-functional groups.
Qualifications
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the role of recruiter/TA.
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in an internal recruitment function/team in a larger organization (+500 employees).
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience with all parts of the recruitment process, including search in the role of recruiter.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience independently driving competency-based recruitment processes with the support of tests in selection work.
- You have at least 3 years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter with search.
- You are a certified test user in Assessio's MAP & Matrigma tests.
- Preferred: Vocational training or higher education in HR, recruitment, or a relevant field.
- Preferred: Experience in conducting workshops/training in recruitment for managers.

Start Date and Application
Full-time, 40h/week. Our client wishes to start in April, and the assignment is expected to run until 2026-04-24 with an option for a 1-year extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. The assignment currently allows for both remote work (within Sweden) and on-site work at the office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. You are expected to work at least 50% on-site at the office per week.
